Questions Before Stay
Stay of Minors
For stays by minors alone, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required.
Please download the consent form from below, sign it, and bring it
with you. For stays of more than one person, please submit one form per person.
Accommodation Agreement
You agree to the accommodation agreement at check-in. If you do not agree, you cannot
stay.
Food and Drink in Rooms
Eating and drinking in dormitories is prohibited.
There is no problem in
private rooms, but a penalty may be charged for room damage.
Extended Stay
For extended stays, please inform the reception staff.
Depending on other guests' reservations, you may be asked to move rooms.
Check-in
Check-Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM
A fee is charged for late Check-in.
Business hours are until 11:00 PM.
Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available before Check-in for a fee.
Please inquiry the hostel for
details.
Smoking
Except for KURAMAE WEST, smoking areas are provided inside or outside the facility.
KURAMAE WEST is completely non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are as follows:
On the day：100% of the accommodation fee
From 2 days prior：100% of the accommodation fee
Varies by season, so please check at the time of booking. Non-refundable plans cannot be
refunded.
Questions about the Stay
Check-out
Early Check-out：No special procedure is required for early Check-out.
During reception hours, please inform the staff. Outside business hours, please return
the key to the designated place.
Late Check-out： The amount varies by Hostel. Please contact the Hostel directly.

Laundry：Available (not available at AKIHABARA)
Bath/Toilet：
Shared (some private rooms in SHINSAIBASHI EAST, HOMMACHI EAST have en
suite)
All private rooms in ASAKUSA KAPPABASHI have en suite
Hair Dryer：Available
Shampoo：Available (free)
Kitchen：Available at MINAMISENJU, HOMMACHI EAST, ASAKUSA KAPPABASHI, SHINSAIBASHI EAST
Bicycle Rental：Available only at ASAKUSA KAPPABASHI, MINAMISENJU and SHINSAIBASHI EAST have DOCOMO Bike Share.
Facilities vary by location.

Dormitory Use
Please contact the Hostel if you prefer a lower bunk bed.

If linen is soiled, the following penalties will be charged:

Double Sheet：¥900
Single Sheet：¥800
Bath Towel：¥400
