Menu: Nigiri sushi, sushi roll, two kinds of side dishes
We will teach you traditional sushi in professional way. The sushi is so delicious that you can't believe you made it by yourself. It also looks like the one at a sushi restaurant. You are sure to be impressed! If you are in Japan or travel in Japan, why don't you try to make sushi?
This cooking class will be a good chance for you to learn the basics of Japanese cooking. We will also introduce you two side dishes that you can make even after you get home. Let's have fun!!

Hi, my name is Toshie. I love traveling and cooking. When I went to Thailand, I experienced cooking local foods there. It was a really great experience for me and l began to think of teaching Japanese dishes in Tokyo. I had learned making sushi from a professional sushi chef and now l enjoy teaching foreigners how to make sushi. Please come and join us! You’ll also have a chance to know Japanese sake.
