Q. Are there any cancellation fees?
A. Once the payment is completed, the cancellation fee is 100%, and refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Please take note of this. However, there are some exceptions for "2. Instant Online Booking." Please refer to the specific cancellation policy listed in the details of each activity.
