How to reserve
&AND HOSTEL Activities is a website that compiles popular cultural experiences for foreigners. It introduces activities uniquely curated by &AND HOSTEL staff, specifically tailored to suit the guests. The usage is comprised of the following four steps:
1. At first, find the activities that interest you.
2. Fill out and submit the reservation form for the activity you wish to book. Please note that the reservation is not yet confirmed at this stage.
3. Upon receiving the reservation confirmation email, proceed to make the payment using the payment URL provided. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is completed. ※ We accept payments with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Discover cards.
FAQ
Q. Are there any cancellation fees?
A. Once the payment is completed, the cancellation fee is 100%, and refunds are not possible
under any circumstances. Please take note of this.
Q. Are food and drinks included?
A. It depends on the activity. Please check the details for each activity.
Q. Can the guide speak English?
A. Most guides can speak English. Enjoy your experience with peace of mind.
